My god father died last night. I feel like shit. Cried since he was in a coma…I’ve been crying for three days and nights straight.
The only thing that makes me feel better is singing.

This is where my heart is. I want to go to Iceland and step a little closer to heaven. I want to see the water..feel the cold air in my lungs and jump into the hot springs. People think I’m crazy for wanting to go here..but they just don’t understand me. I honestly hate summer.
My dream vacations would be in Ireland and Iceland.

He was a fan since he was a kid. They were the only team I ever liked as a child. I had a long weekend with wedding planning, thesis work and teaching Sunday school. He wanted to watch the superbowl with his cousin. I put his Jersey on…the Jersey he’s had since elementary school…and the next thing I know was that I fell asleep for two hours. He didn’t have the heart to wake me up. He knew I was drained…and he even missed the final moments of the game just so he could take me home. I feel awful that he missed the party…and parts of the game because of me…but at the same time…I feel so blessed because he loved me that much.
I am going to marry my best friend in a few months…I am so blessed.
